Refund Policy

1. General Terms

All transactions processed through FTF Services are considered final. By funding your account or placing an order, you agree that all digital balances and automated services are non-reversible once processed.

2. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests will not be accepted for the following situations:
• Account credit or deposited funds
• Automated or completed service orders
• Mistakes made by the user during order submission
• Incorrect usernames, URLs, or input data
• External platform limitations or algorithm changes

3. Delivery Issues

If a technical failure occurs on our side and a service cannot be delivered, compensation may be provided in the form of internal credit. Cash refunds are not issued except where required by law.

4. Disputes & Payment Claims

Any chargeback or payment dispute will be treated as a breach of terms and may result in permanent suspension of the account. All transactions are logged and can be used as evidence in dispute resolution with payment providers.

5. User Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before placing an order. Once processed, orders cannot be modified. In cases where an order is automatically canceled or fails due to system processing rules, the refund or balance reversal will be issued automatically according to the platform’s internal policies.

6. External Factors

Delays, interruptions, or performance changes caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or network issues are outside of our control and are not eligible for refunds.

7. Account Access & Authorization

FTF Services is not responsible for disputes arising from shared accounts, unauthorized access, or payments made without the account owner's consent.

8. Support

For any payment-related inquiries, users must contact support via Discord. Proof of transaction may be required before any case review is processed.
